Why does this guy flirt with other women and then look at me?

Once upon a time we like each other, He turned me off by playing childish games so know I do not like him. Yet, he likes me, so I ignore him most of the time. Many times he has flirted or whatever with other women and then he would turn around and look at me to see if I notice him and the other lady. He always does this to women that are standing next to me or in front of me.

He’s very immature and full of himself. He wants what he can’t have, but doesn’t want what he can have. He thinks everything else is better than anything he has.

He is playing the field as much as possible and since you turned off from him, he thinks you’d be a great conquest to get back. But he’ll be the same guy in the long run. He’s a player and he needs to be ran from. Dont’ just ignore him, be nasty to him. Make yourself not look like someone fun to win over again. Make him know you think nothing of him. You think he’s scum. Tell him you wouldn’t be interested if he was the last man left on earth. Tell him you can’t get past how ugly of a person he is on the inside.

that should finally turn him off and make him stop chasing you. He only wants to catch you so he can run after someone else.
