Breakup Advice 4 Tips To Get Over Your Ex Fast
Categories: get over a break up
Getting good breakup advice is key to coming out the other side intact. In fact, good advice can actually make you stronger than ever after the initial pain of the split is over. Also, everyone is different and some people are able to bounce back from breakups more quickly than others. However, whether you’re quick or slow to recover on your own, there are things you can do to speed up the process of healing and get you feeling like yourself again before you know it.
Follow this breakup advice and you’ll wonder why you ever felt bad in the first place.
1. Make a list. Often, we’re inclined to focus only on the positive things of our former relationships after a breakup. This way of thinking will only make you pine for your lost love even more, and may make you think that the relationship was better than it was. Get out a sheet of paper as soon after the breakup as possible, and draw a line down the middle. On one side, write down all the good points you can think of about your relationship, and write down the bad points on the other side. If the bad points outweigh the good points, then you can be reassured that breaking up was probably a good idea.
2. Do some nice things for yourself. Think of some things that you really enjoy that you weren’t able to do when you were with your ex (come on, there must be a few). Once you’re broken up, go out and do those things. Indulge yourself totally. Pretty soon, you’ll be having such a great time re-connecting with the things you enjoy that you’ll wonder why you spent so long dating your ex in the first place.
3. Spend some time with your friends. Too often, people are inclined to sit at home alone after a breakup and avoid the world. This will always lead to moping and depression, and may even cause you to become obsessed with your ex (NEVER a good thing!). Go out with your friends as often as you can, even if you don’t feel like it. This will distract you from your feelings of despair and you’ll eventually start to have fun whether you intend to or not.
4. Avoid contact with your ex. This is probably the most important piece of breakup advice you can get. The more you see and talk to your ex, the more you’re going to think about your ex. This will just make you more depressed and will keep you from moving on with your life. Nine times out of ten, when a relationship is done, it’s done for good, and it’s best to forget about it.
However, if your relationship ended due to a misunderstanding and deserves a second chance (and be honest with yourself here), then I want to share with you a powerful system that could win back the heart of your ex – even if your situation seems hopeless.

How do you get over a breakup?
Girls, ladies, whomever whats the best thing to do to get over a breakup or a guy who used you?
Answer
Well for me I found doing something can help: could be fun, exercise, going out with friends, getting a new hobby, just anything to get out there to live life and be happy! I like to think there isn’t much point moping about and wasting time being upset and unhappy! If a guy used you, then he isn’t worth your time at all. That includes your thoughts. You deserve more than he could ever offer (which by the sounds of it he couldn’t offer much!)
Do things that make you feel empowered and strong. If you do feel sad feelings come up sometimes it can be helpful to write them down in a journal, but try not to let these thoughts consume you or be the focus of your life.
Also I read somewhere that it can be useful to by new bed sheets and doonahs (if your relationship was of a sexual nature).
Take time to look after yourself. Pamper yourself. Eat Healthily. Take up Yoga and meditation if that’s your thing. Or try a new sport.
Most of all I encourage you to empower yourself, because to me
it is more important to be independent and empowered whilst single (but not excluding in a relationship which is especially important) than to feel squashed by someone whom your a no longer with. Because ultimately well being is very important.
