In New Mexico, we have an office of Pro SE. This is an office that allows you to enter and file the documents yourself to take someone to court. They are especially for children visiting. Family Court can get real expensive so the court has an Office Pro SE. People in the office just to tell you what forms to fill out to go to court but can not give you legal advice. It saved me a lot of money.

Unfortunately, I think it can. Once the papers are served, they can not be moved outside the area, but before that is another story. She needs to get a lawyer ASAP. Most newspapers have a length of time in which you must answer. If your aunt does not respond quickly enough, they can give a ruling against it. Also, the lawyer can begin working on obtaining his situation with the children developed. Many lawyers will give a free initial consultation. AN APPEAL FOR TOMORROW! Best of God for you!

tell your aunt to go to legal aid. he is free to one person. if he goes before them it will not help, to a conflict of interest

Unfortunately, the less response you will get free legal advice is a book. And as long as costodian who took them to another city is a parent, it is made legal. If not, it is presumed illegal under state ownership and court orders. If the former owners of the child (your aunt) would not like children “around” in this situation, children will be distributed free to a close relative by choix.J hope that this information has helped you! :)

It is perfectly legal. Maybe not moral, but certainly legal. In the U.S., both parents are entitled to equal time with their children unless there is a court order EFFECTIVE. Feel free to contact if more questions / advice.
